The apartments are not offered under an outright sale model. Instead, they are provided under a refundable security deposit structure in accordance with a Leave and Licence Agreement. Under this model, the resident shall be entitled to receive 80% of the security deposit upon:
- the demise of the primary licensee; or
- voluntary termination of the Leave and Licence Agreement by the licensee and vacating the premises.
Important Notes
80% of the interest free security deposit is refundable.
Monthly service charges are applicable per person per month.
Booking confirmation amount is INR 10 lakhs
Medical Emergency Deposit is INR 5 Lakhs per person (Fully refundable).
